The first time you access ePay, your PIN will be your six digit date of birth (MMDDYY). Once you have successfully logged in, you will be prompted to change your PIN. For security purposes, the PIN you choose must be 8 to 16 digits in length and contain only numbers.

Q2. Will I ever need to change my ePay password?

In order to maintain security and confidentiality of your personal information, you will be prompted to change your password every 90 days. You may also update your password anytime both online and by phone.

Q3. When will my paystub information be available?

You will be able to view your paystub detail online and hear by phone the day before your regular pay date.

Q4. Is the payroll information provided online the same as the information provided on the telephone?
Online, you can view a summary of your paystub information or your entire detailed paystub. By telephone, you can hear a summary of your paystub information which includes net pay and check date. Detailed hours and earnings information is also available.

Q5. Can past paystubs be accessed in addition to the current pay period on ePay??

Yes, you will be able to access online and by phone up to three years of paystubs (starting with paystubs from November 2009). If you receive a payment in addition to your regular compensation for corrected, vacation, or bonus pay, this payment may be issued as a paper check, but it will still be accessible online and by phone.

Q6. How do I get back to the first screen with Personal Information, Paystub Review, and Income Verification once I am in Pay Summary?

Under My Account, just click the Main Menu link and you will return to the first screen. Do not use your browser’s BACK button when in ePay.

Q7. When I log into ePay online and click the Personal Information button, my address comes up. This is the wrong address and I can’t seem to change it. What should I do?

Your address is updated by the Securitas USA payroll system. In order to correct your address shown in ePay, contact your local branch office or HR Department to request an update to your address on file. Once your address is updated in the Securitas USA payroll system, the corrected address will update in ePay.

Q8. When I log into ePay online and click the Personal Information button, my email address is blank. Why and what is this used for?

ePay is sent information from the Securitas USA payroll system, which does not contain email addresses. You can type in your complete email address to receive notifications when a password is reset and for use with future ePay enhancements. Your email address will not be shared or sold, nor will you receive advertisements or junk mail as a result of completing this section. Only messages specific to your own ePay account will be sent to you.

Q9. I don’t have access to a computer but I want a printed copy of my paystub. Can I get a printed copy if I use the telephone?

Yes, you will be able to request a faxed copy of your paystub by calling 866-604-EPAY (3729) and entering your fax number. The system will attempt to fax a copy of your paystub to the fax number you provided. Make sure this is a fax machine you can get to quickly or one that is in a secure place to ensure the confidentiality of your information. The system will try to fax the paystub for a very limited time (15 minutes).

If the fax line is busy or the fax number is incorrect and it is unsuccessful in sending your paystub, ePay will stop attempting to send to ensure the security of your information is maintained. You will need to request the fax again with the correct phone number or at a time the fax number you use is not busy.

Q10. I see my paystub detail online but I need to have a printed copy. How do I print my paystub?
Directly above the upper left corner of the gray box you will see a small printer icon. Click the icon and your paystub will print or you can click the printer icon on your browser. You may also obtain a PDF version of your paystub by clicking the Adobe PDF icon.

Q11. Is assistance available for ePay users if needed?

A 5-Minute Gratitude Practice: Focus on the Good by Tapping into Your Senses

Waking up this morning, I glanced at my cell phone and noticed the weather app ominously predicting many days of snow and icy temperatures ahead. Brrr! I could feel the chill of dark thoughts starting to gather. I could feel my body creak with cold and aging. Life’s challenges were seemingly everywhere. And yet…I was smiling. I was cheerful. I was grateful. What? Was I crazy? As one of my New Year’s resolutions, I’d made a point of tuning my awareness toward appreciation of life’s small delights. I was curious about what I would discover if I focused intentionally on the things that I appreciated. This morning, as I let wakefulness peel the dark back, I could smell my neighbor’s coffee brewing. The snow outside gently buffered the sounds of the world. I could sense my husband’s warm weight in the bed. I took a long moment to enjoy the muted winter light edging in around the slats of the window blinds. There was nothing particularly special going on, but I noticed tha

What is mindfulness?

E ver heard someone say “You are here, but you’re just not here”? Pretty confusing eh, but there’s a lot of truth in it. People tend to dwell so much on the past or worry so bad about the future to such extent that they lose the opportunity to live and savor the present. By making a fuss about what cannot be changed and those that are yet to come the “now” becomes nothing but a frustration and obsession to gain control over yesterday and tomorrow. Mindfulness has a lot to do with living in the present. It enables one to live at peace with what was was and what will be and simply enjoy the current moment.   Mindfulness is a concept incorporated in both Eastern and Western cultures. It came from the Indian word “sati” which means awareness, attention and remembering. These three are completely different yet highly associated with one another. Awareness enables you to be conscious about what’s happening. Attention, on the other hand, is a more centralized version of awa

Jazzpunk Is A Stylish, Joke-Fueled Adventure Game Like No Other

Have you ever encountered something really funny in the moment, but later, when you tried to explain it to friends, it fell flat? Not because it wasn’t hilarious. It was. But rendered in words, the scenario just loses its comedic weight. That’s what I want to avoid doing with this review, so I’m going to hold off on spoiling the jokes and just focus on what makes Jazzpunk such a uniquely designed piece of comedic video game gold. Jazzpunk is a pop art collage masquerading as a spy thriller, a jumble of nonsensical Dadaist aesthetics interwoven with modern day tech jokes, all not-so-neatly contained within the silly, cyberpunk sandbox within which its absurd, special agent shenanigans take place. It’s all very chaotic, and I loved every second of it. Set in some kind of alternate history, Cold War-era retrofuture, you play a possibly-cybernetic Agent Polyblank who must carry out a series of whimsical surveillance and infiltration missions in a possibly-virtual realit
